¿Cuánto tarda mi pedido en llegar?
We ship to all of Colombia in 2–5 business days from payment confirmation, with discreet packaging.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, in major cities. We also accept card, PSE, and Nequi.
What if my kit arrives damaged?
Write to us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours of receipt and we will help you resolve it.
Can I exchange or return my order?
Given that this is a personal skin care product, we do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened. If it arrived unopened, you have 8 days for an exchange.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Colombia.
